I’Anson celebrates another long-service award as Steve racks up 25 years

I’Anson Brothers Ltd, the well-known animal feed manufacturer, has awarded another member of staff with a 25-year award for long service, as Steve Kilding celebrated reaching the milestone this month.

In his 25 years with the business, Steve has worked throughout the mill – starting his career with the firm in the packing team before taking charge of the warehouse and loading customer trucks. More recently, Steve has run the pelleting production machines and has become known for his problem-solving abilities, keeping the plant running even when faced with unforeseen challenges.

Hailing from an agricultural background – where he previously managed a Dairy herd on a local farm – Steve joins a long list of employees to hit the 25-year milestone with I’Anson.

Chris I’Anson, chairman of I’Anson Brothers, presented Steve with the traditional Britannia gold coin to mark his long service, along with managing director Sarah Richardson and sales director, Will I’Anson.

Chris I’Anson said: “Steve has been a key member of the team at I’Anson throughout his time with the business, bringing excellent commitment to each of his roles and regularly going the extra mile to ensure that we are able to consistently provide the very best products and service to customers.

“It has been a pleasure to work with Steve over the past quarter of a century and we are very proud to be able to continue recognising the loyal and long-serving team that we have at our family business.”
