I’Anson celebrates another long service award

I’Anson Brothers is honoured to have awarded another member of staff with a 25-year award, as production supervisor Andrew Duffield celebrated reaching the milestone this month.

Andrew has held his current position at I’Anson for 15 years, having previously worked for ten years in the mill, working on the packing line, producing the feed and intaking and out loading the finished feed products.

From Bedale, Andrew joined the company when he was 30 and joins a long list of employees to hit the 25-year milestone.

Chris I’Anson, managing director of I’Anson, and Will I’Anson, sales director, presented Andrew with the traditional Britannia gold coin to mark his long service.

Chris I’Anson said: “Andrew has been a true asset to the company and it has been a pleasure to work with him over the past quarter of a century. Will and I were both proud to present his long service award for all his hard work over his time at I’Anson. “Andrew joins a growing list of colleagues to reach their 25th anniversary and we are very proud to have such a loyal and long serving team as part of our family business.”
