All of our products are manufactured in compliance with recognised industry standards and assurance schemes, including the Universal Feed Assurance Scheme (UFAS), the Quality Meat Scotland Assurance Scheme, and the Naturally Occurring Prohibited Substances (NOPS) scheme. We are also approved to supply bio secure equine feeds to Australia, in accordance with the stringent requirements of the Department of Agriculture, Fishery and Forestry.

Our ongoing investment in advanced technology and staff training enables us to refine our manufacturing systems and provide customers with detailed insights into the quality of our finished products. I’Anson was among the first companies in the UK to adopt Near-Infrared (NIR) technology, which has been used in our mill for over 30 years as a core quality control tool. This technology allows us to routinely analyse all raw materials and pelleted feeds, ensuring consistency and optimal cooking of micronized products.

In addition, we monitor key production parameters—moisture, density, temperature, and durability—in real time, further strengthening our quality control processes.
