Yorkshire Air Ambulance Principal Partnership Renewal

We are delighted to announce the renewal of our long-standing Principal Partnership with Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA) for a further three years, extending the partnership into its ninth year.

Since first partnering with the charity in 2017, we have donated more than £150,000 to help keep Yorkshire Air Ambulance flying and responding to emergencies across the region. Our support began by donating the savings generated after replacing traditional lighting across our Masham mill with energy-efficient LED technology; since then, it has grown into a long-standing commitment that reflects our dedication to the agricultural community.

The partnership renewal was celebrated during our recent Waterloo House Farmers' Open Day at our new Dalton mill near Thirsk. The event welcomed around 600 farmers, customers and supporters, who enjoyed guided tours of the facility alongside demonstrations, exhibitor stands and refreshments. Yorkshire Air Ambulance joined us on the day with a merchandise stand and the opportunity for visitors to learn more about the charity's invaluable work. A special appearance by one of the charity's helicopters provided a powerful reminder of the impact of charitable support before it was called away to respond to an emergency.

As one of the UK's leading animal feed manufacturers, serving farm, equine and lifestyle customers across the UK and exporting to more than 40 countries, the new mill represents a significant investment in the future of our business, supporting the industries and communities at the heart of our business and increasing production capacity while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency and sustainability.

Over the years, our partnership with Yorkshire Air Ambulance has helped fund vital equipment, including night-vision goggles that enhance the charity's ability to operate safely in low-light conditions. In addition, our employees have supported fundraising initiatives, including challenges such as Total Warrior, helping to raise both funds and awareness for the charity's work.

Kate I'Anson Mackay, Financial Controller at I'Anson Bros Ltd, said:

"Yorkshire Air Ambulance is a charity that is incredibly important to us. The rural community is at the centre of everything we do, and we understand the vital role the charity plays in supporting people across Yorkshire. Renewing our Principal Partnership was an easy decision, and we are proud of what we have achieved together over the last eight years. We look forward to continuing our support and helping Yorkshire Air Ambulance deliver lifesaving care across the region."

We are proud to continue supporting Yorkshire Air Ambulance and the outstanding service it provides to communities throughout Yorkshire, ensuring they can deliver advanced pre-hospital critical care when every second counts.
