  • Andrew Harrison

    TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER

    Andrew Harrison joined I’Anson in 2016 having graduated from Harper Adams University with a First-Class Honours Degree in Agriculture with Animal Science.

    Andrew was awarded the British Society of Animal Science Academia Prize, the Worshipful Company of Farmers Prize, and the Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers Dairy Student of the Year award. He was also a finalist in the Agricultural Student of the Year category at the British Farming Awards.

    Andrew’s has taken over the role of Technical Sales Manager after spending six years working as a Nutritionist. Andrew is responsible for the company’s sales team, technical and formulation departments. He takes a leading role in animal feed trials, new product development and on-farm technical support. He says the most rewarding part of his job is providing good quality advice to farmers to facilitate positive change on farms and help animals perform to their true potential.

    Outside of work, Andrew is kept busy by his involvement in the management of the family farm.

  • Adam Stockton

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Adam attended Harper Adams University, where he graduated with an honour’s degree in Agriculture in 2020. After graduating, Adam and his partner, Holly, took on the tenancy off a sheep and beef farm in Long Preston. Alongside this, he worked on several other dairy, beef, and sheep farms in the area before starting for I’Ansons in the autumn of 2023. His range of experience has allowed him to gain an understanding of many different farming and livestock systems, whilst also being able to relate to the pressures of running a farm business.

    Adam enjoys his role as a sales rep, particularly getting out on farm and talking to customers about their livestock and farming methods. When Adam isn’t working or farming, he enjoys playing and watching rugby, exercising his dogs, and socialising with friends.

  • Catherine Raine

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Catherine Raine rejoined I’Anson in 2019 as a Sales Representative. Catherine was brought up on her family’s beef and sheep farm in Middleton-In-Teesdale, where she developed a keen interest in the breeding and rearing of sheep. Catherine still has her own flock of Swaledale Sheep. Catherine is also AMTRA qualified.

    Catherine’s role is to support our sheep, beef and dairy customers in the north of our region, with quality technical advice. She particularly enjoys meeting new people and supporting them to sell our range of high-quality products.

  • Elly Pearson

    TECHNICAL FEED SPECIALIST

    Elly Pearson joined I’Anson in 2020 after graduating from Harper Adams University with an honours degree in Agriculture with Animal Science. Elly covers an area ranging from Thirsk to Durham.

    Her passion for animal nutrition started at a young age, working on her family dairy farm which then transitioned to a suckler farm, at East Appleton, North Yorkshire. The desire to enter a career in animal nutrition grew further as she gained more technical knowledge and experience through her degree at Harper Adams. Elly gained a scholarship to investigate growth performance in piglet nutrition during her third year and her dissertation studied the use of mycotoxin binders to combat the effects of silage mycotoxins in dairy cows. This experience is now being put to practical use informing ration formulation, assessing silage quality and producing costing reports.

    A typical day for Elly involves visiting customers and assisting them to achieve cost effective production and profitability. Elly is looking forward to developing her career here at I’Anson Bros, working with a wide range of high quality animal feeds. She enjoys advising on all aspects of livestock and working within a small, dedicated sales team.

    In her spare time, you will usually find Elly walking her dogs and helping on her family farm, although she also proclaims to be a very good cook and enjoys baking too!

  • Gail Harker

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Gail Harker rejoined I’Anson Bros in 2023 as a Sales Representative having had a few years away from the industry to spend time with her family.

    Gail was brought up on her family’s beef and sheep farm in North Yorkshire where she developed a keen interest in the quality of livestock. Having worked at a local Accountants for a number of years Gail set up her own business as a Farm Secretary in 2003 visiting farmers on a regular basis around North Yorkshire and Cumbria, supporting farmers with paperwork and accounts.

    Gail married her husband Richard and moved to Cumbria in 2010. They have four children together. She enjoys working alongside Richard on their beef and sheep farm. They have a successful flock of Swaledale Sheep and a small flock of Bluefaced Leicesters. They also run a herd of Pedigree Limousin Suckler cows and Gail has a small herd of British Blue Cows that was established a couple of years ago. They take great interest in their stock always striving to improve performance.

    A normal day for Gail involves visiting customers, silage sampling, inspecting livestock and advising customers on gaining the best performance out of their stock. Solving customers problems is the most rewarding part of her job. During her time at I’Anson, Gail has completed a range of training courses, building her expertise in sales and nutrition.

    Outside of work, Gail enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

  • Jo Holmes

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Jo Holmes joined I'Anson in February 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience and deep industry knowledge. With over 35 years in Agricultural Sales and Marketing, her career began at Malton Bacon Factory where she spent 8 years developing expertise in Sales and Procurement. Jo then spent 7 years in pig marketing with AF and BOCM, where she earned her qualification in Pig Management. Jo’s previous 20 years before moving to I'Anson Bros were spent as an Area Sales Manager for ACT during which time she studied Cow Signals along with obtaining her FAR Certificate and Amtra Qualification.

    Since joining I'Anson, Jo has is continuing to grow her knowledge in Animal Nutrition and contributes valuable insights to the Sales Team.

    Outside of work, Jo is a passionate follower of Horse Racing and serves as a Jump Judge at Allerton Park. She also enjoys long walks with her dog, Otis and unwinding with a good book.

  • Mark Nicholson

    TECHNICAL FEED SPECIALIST

    Mark Nicholson joined I’Anson in 2006. He has a degree in Agricultural Resource Management, a National Diploma in Agriculture and is a certified cattle foot trimmer and artificial inseminator. Mark has also completed courses on the safe use of veterinary medicines and forklift truck operation. His passion for dairy stems from being born and raised on a dairy farm, and is still involved in the day-to-day running of the family farm.

    A normal day for Mark consists of silage sampling, inspecting dairy herds and reviewing data from fertility, dairy costings and milk reports to help farmers with their day-to-day challenges. He also regularly meets with vets and other advisors, formulates rations and discusses potential health issues of livestock.

    Mark puts his success down to being brought up with cattle and working with them on a daily basis as this gives him a unique understanding of the industry so he can advise and help customers to attempt and achieve the desired output from their livestock. He believes that I’Anson’s approach to its clients and the attention it pays to developing individually tailored products makes it stand out from others.

    Outside of work, Mark spends time with his family and his hobbies include sporting clay pigeon shooting in the summer, game shooting in the winter and working with his gun dogs.

  • Rebecca Jarvis

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Rebecca Jarvis has been with I’Anson since 2002. She has a qualification in Agriculture, Accounts and Business Management from Askham Bryan and previously worked in cattle genetic sales. During her time at I’Anson, Rebecca has completed a range of training courses, building her expertise in sales and nutrition.

    A normal day for Rebecca involves visiting farmers on site to collect orders, settle accounts and coordinate with the main office to ensure sales orders are fulfilled. She enjoys giving advice that helps to improve a farmer’s quality of stock and their performance, and building relationships with the farming family unit.

    Rebecca enjoys working as part of a small dedicated team at the I’Anson family business and benefits from having an understanding of how farmers work, being a good communicator and always having a smile on her face.

    Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys breeding pedigree Holsteins, showing dairy cattle and judging at agricultural shows.

  • Steph Taylor

    TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST

    Steph Taylor joined I’Anson in 2014 and works as a Technical Sales Specialist. Steph started her career at I’Anson as a Sales Administrator, before progressing to be a Technical Sales Specialist in 2017. Steph recently completed a Diploma in Ruminant Nutrition at Harper Adams University to help her provide quality technical advice to her customers. Steph looks after a range of customers, but is particularly interested in dairy herds, having been brought up on her family’s dairy farm in Bishop Thornton, Harrogate.

    A normal day for Steph involves visiting customers and helping them achieve the most from their livestock. This involves formulating rations, taking silage samples and producing dairy costing reports. She particularly enjoys seeing performance improve as a result of her technical advice.

    Steph enjoys working at I’Anson as it is a very encouraging environment and the business has constantly supported my career development. Steph spends her spare time helping on her family farm and enjoys horse riding and walking her dog.

  • Abi Beecroft

    FORMULATOR

    Abi finished her A-levels at Harrogate Grammar Sixth Form in May 2024, she then worked on two livestock farms -  a dairy farm milking 300 holstein cows rearing replacement heifers and beef store cattle, and a mixed beef and sheep farm running 300 texel ewes and lambs as well as rearing calves to fatten throughout the year.

    She joined I'Anson Brothers Ltd in February 2025 as a Formulator, day to day life at work involves communicating with our experienced nutritionists and sales reps to help formulate our blends, compounds and coarse rations to meet the needs of livestock. Since joining I'Anson Bros she has completed her cow signal qualification and is working towards her FAR qualification, in January she will be starting to study ruminant nutrition at Harper Adams.

    In her spare time she loves working on the farm, playing netball and pheasant beating with her spaniel.

  • Grace Bryant

    NUTRITIONIST

    Grace Bryant joined I’Anson in 2023 as a Nutritionist. She has a degree in Agricultural and Livestock Science from the University of Nottingham. With previous experience working in the animal feed industry Grace has a wide understanding across the sector ranging from mineral formulations to straights. Grace grew up in Reading and moved up to Yorkshire after graduating from University and now lives with her partner on his suckler cow and sheep farm where she has a keen passion for show cattle.

    Grace’s role within the company ranges from formulating diets to supporting the sales team and keeping up to date with rules and regulations. She especially enjoys helping farmers solve problems and being able to provide high quality feeds.

  • Stuart Pender

    SALES MANAGER - MMF

    Stuart Pender joined I’Anson in September 2010, following a nine-year stint as an office manager at an accountancy firm. Prior to this, Stuart spent fifteen years in the retail industry, in which time he progressed from a shop assistant to an area manager.

    Now working as a Sales Representative at Masham Micronized Feeds, a role he began in 2013, an average day for Stuart focuses heavily on customer service, and involves attending many off-site client meetings. Stuart also has to keep abreast of ever-changing costs, so spends much of his day pricing up products to ensure accuracy for customers.

    Stuart’s responsibilities also extend to the international arm of the business. With horse feed customers in 38 countries, Stuart often works on both managing and maintaining long distance relationships and the logistics of delivering product abroad. Growing the company’s customer base in Germany is one of Stuart’s key achievements in the role.

    When asked about the most rewarding thing about working for I’Anson, Stuart is quick to praise both the family ethos surrounding the business and the great team he works alongside.

    Outside of work, Stuart is a keen sportsman and played rugby for thirty years before becoming a competitive triathlete.

  • Branca Gebbie

    BUSINESS & TRADE MANAGER

    Branca Gebbie joined the I’Anson business in October 2021 as Business & Trade Manager for British Horse Feeds and The Golden Paste Company, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector. Her role spans strategic sales and marketing management, e-commerce and social media, product development, and supporting a dynamic team to drive continued growth and innovation across both brands.

    Leading a team of sales representatives, marketing executives, and an office manager, Branca oversees the day-to-day operations of both businesses. She ensures that British Horse Feeds’ fibre-based nutrition and The Golden Paste Company’s natural turmeric supplements continue to support the health and wellbeing of animals and people alike—whether that’s hooves, paws, or feet.

    Branca is particularly passionate about helping customers discover how high-quality feed and supplements can facilitate equine performance and support the lives of pets. Her understanding of the sector is complemented by her personal experience, having been around horses and dogs from a young age.

    Outside of work, Branca enjoys spending time with her family and animals. Much of her free time is dedicated to supporting her daughter’s Pony Club activities and competitions, while also finding moments to ride her own horse.

  • Hattie I’Anson

    EXPORT SALES MANAGER

    Hattie has been formally part of the business since 2017, though her involvement began much earlier as a fifth-generation family member. From assisting in the warehouse during school holidays to supporting the team at trade shows, Hattie has grown up immersed in the company’s operations.

    After earning a BA (Hons) in International Business Management, she took on a leadership role in the export division, overseeing international sales for both the equine and pet sectors. The business now exports to over 48 countries, and Hattie plays a key role in driving growth and maintaining global partnerships.

    Hattie focuses on business development within Australia, helping to expand the company’s footprint and strengthen its presence in the market. She is passionate about her work and takes great pride in contributing to the legacy of her family business.

    Outside of work, Hattie enjoys spending time with her young son, George. She is an active sports enthusiast, with interests in netball, running, and yoga, and hopes to return to horse riding in the near future.
