Celebrating 40 Years Of Service

Will I’Anson & Paul Morris

This month, we are proud to celebrate an incredible milestone as both Paul Morris and Will I’Anson mark 40 years of service with I’Anson Bros.

Paul followed in the footsteps of both his father, Tony Morris, and grandfather, Bob Morris, continuing a family connection with the business spanning generations.

Over the past four decades, he has worked in a variety of roles across the mill, with much of his career dedicated to our compounds operation. For over 30 years, Paul has been the main wagon loading operator, and during that time is estimated to have loaded an incredible 1.5 million tonnes of feed.

Will also began his career on the packer and in the warehouse before progressing into compound production, working on the presses, then moving through the roles of Foreman and Mill Manager before becoming Sales Director. His journey reflects four decades of commitment to the continued growth and success of the business.

Both Paul and Will started together on Monday 30th June 1986, working under the legendary Foreman, Ray Seed, whose military-style management meant nobody dared step out of line!

Fourty years is traditionally celebrated as a Ruby Anniversary. Formed under immense pressure, rubies symbolise strength, passion and enduring commitment – qualities that Paul and Will have demonstrated throughout their careers.
